Your Webmaster at sfbay-churches.net spent the entire month of December 2006 at
KFBS, Saipan helping out their Engineering Department with modifications to studio
equipment, installation and calibration of new monitoring equipment and acting as backup
for two of their engineers who were in the states on furlough for a couple of months. 

Several othere engineers helped in the Jan-Feb time frame to install new modulators
at KFBS both to improve transmitter efficiency to offset the exceptionally high increase
in electricity costs on the island that has been forced by increases in the cost of oil
used to run power generators on Saipan.
